Nuts.com, a leading producer and distributor of the highest-quality nuts, dried fruit, snacks, and pantry staples, retained a Previous Solaris Executive to manage the planning, design, and interior build-out of its new 25,000 SF corporate headquarters on the 28th floor penthouse at 10 Exchange Place. Designed by Gensler, the space features panoramic views of the Hudson River and NYC skyline, a modern open-floor layout, and organic design elements such as wood, grass, and Swedish moss.
Highlights include a custom 8-foot wood entry door, a vibrant pantry with a coffee bar, beer tap, nut sampling dispensers, and café-style décor. The office also offers a sunken lounge with views of the Statue of Liberty, a custom hickory wood mezzanine with bleacher seating and a treehouse lounge, and a garage-door-equipped conference room for flexible meetings. Additional amenities include a prep kitchen, meditation and yoga rooms, themed breakout areas, a huddle room with swings and turf, digital lockers, and a direct-access executive elevator. Premium finishes such as stained concrete floors, butt-glazed glass offices, quartz and marble countertops, and exposed ductwork enhance the modern aesthetic. The project is targeting LEED Gold certification.
