This 110,000 SF project features a dynamic blend of office and culinary space, including 30,000 SF of eccentric test kitchens and 55,000 SF of modern office space. The build-out included the installation of all new utilities and extensive underground plumbing to support the kitchen areas. A new pantry and food service zone with a “Grab N Go” concept enhances employee convenience. The space is anchored by an architectural atrium featuring an interior hearth fireplace, creating a warm and inviting central hub. Additional amenities include new conference rooms, board rooms, and training rooms, all designed to support collaboration and innovation.
