The project included comprehensive site development, encompassing full excavation, site concrete, asphalt paving, curbing, stormwater retention systems, and all utility installations. The facility offers approximately 800 storage units, along with amenities such as; a main office, kitchen, restrooms, and two efficient loading ramps.
