This 12,000 SF LEED Platinum-certified project was completed in two phases and showcases a range of advanced architectural and technological features. The Building includes a state-of-the-art lighting control panel and a comprehensive lighting management system to optimize energy efficiency. A sound masking system was integrated throughout the enhance acoustic comfort and privacy. In the Hubble Room, a high-end conference space, Biennium glass was installed to provide both visual appeal as well as functional elegance. The design also features floating ceilings and custom fabric panels and walls, contributing to a modern, polished aesthetic while supporting acoustic performance.
