Construction management for the transformation of the historic Seaport Inn into Mr.C Seaport, a luxury boutique hotel in Lower Manhattan. Solaris is overseeing the repositioning of this landmarked seven-story property into a 45,000sf, 66-key boutique hotel that blends European elegance with nautical influences, true to the Mr. C Brand. Located in the vibrant Seaport district, home to premier dining, retail, and entertainment. This will be the brand’s first New York City location.
The project involves a complete interior reconstruction, while preserving and subtly enhancing the building’s iconic red brick facade. When complete, Mr.C Seaport will off 66 guest rooms, including 10 luxurious suites with private balcony terraces. Amenities will include a stylish lobby lounge equipped with two bars, private event space, a state-of-the-art fitness center and a signature Cipriani Italian dining experience.
