This Project performed the full interior construction of Langan’s new 80,000 SF corporate headquarters at 300 Kimball Drive in Parsippany, NJ, relocating the firm from Elmwood Park to a more spacious and contemporary work environment. The fourth-floor build-out included private and general offices, an executive area, multiple conference and collaborative rooms, a pantry, restrooms, and open workspaces designed to encourage team interaction. The space features abundant natural light and communications technology. Completed within an aggressive 16-week schedule, the project achieved LEED Silver certification. During the two-month pre-construction phase, close collaborating with Avison Young and Gensler provided detailed budget development, value engineering, constructibility analysis, and logistical planning, ensuring a streamlined and cost-effective project execution.
