The Learning Experience involves ground-up construction of new 10,000sf academies of early education. Each facility is a single-story, to support the developmental needs of children ranging from six weeks to eight years old. The interior layout includes multiple age-specific classrooms, from infant care through preschool, along with a central reception lobby, administrative office, laundry room, pantry, lounge for staff, and fully equipped restrooms.
The learning environment is designed to promote safety, comfort, and educational enrichment for both students and educators. The academies also feature outdoor playgrounds that and segmented by age group. These playgrounds are equipped with rubberized walking paths and modern play structures to encourage safe and active outdoor play. The scope of work included significant site preparation, involving the full excavation of existing soils and recompaction to ensure a stable and durable foundation.
