Ground-up Construction of Arcis, a 110,000sf, five-story, state-of-the-art art storage facility located in Manhattan. Arcis is the city’s first purpose-built, museum-quality facility dedicated to the storage and care of fine art collections. Serving an elite international clientele, Arcis was designed with sustainability and precision in mind, featuring cutting-edge micro-climate system that filters air three to six times per hour.
The facility offers a range of private viewing and storage rooms, varying from 100sf to 20,000sf. all equipped with exceptional ceiling heights, and custom lighting. Advanced security features include retinal scanning, biometric key control, and over 60 continuous video surveillance feeds. A dedicated, custom-built back up generator ensures uninterrupted protection and climate stability.
